Hidden Mint Cookies

These were okay. I don't think think I'll make them again.

1 roll sugar cookie dough
mint wafers, such as Andee's

Slice dough into thin slices or roll out and cut with round cutter (I did it this way. Much easier!) Place unwrapped candy on half the cookies. Cover with the other half of the dough. Press edges to seal. Bake at 275 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned. Cookies do spread! Makes approximately 20 cookies.
